Ash Brown 11 KatSilk ® Saran Doll Hair
Genuine KatSilk Saran Reroot Doll Hair Ash Brown. Vintage Original color from the 60's and 70's. Two skeins included with each order. Originally seen on American Girl. Very desirable silver brown color.
With each order you receive two skeins of saran.
Three size choices:
Standard: Two 18" inch skeins and weigh .5 oz each. (Enough to reroot a Barbie Doll)
Large: Two 21" inch skeins and weigh 1 oz each.
XL Extra Large: Two 31" inch skeins and weigh 1.5 ounces each.

A must have....
I just started re-rooting my Vintage Barbies (& friends) and I think that if you are going to start to do as I have, then this color ,along w/ SEVERAL MORE, are a must-have. Reason I say this, is because the four colors I'm going to mention are the "base" colors, and the ones most used by Mattel (back in the olden days) : ~~Ash Brown, Ash Blonde,Brunette3, and Brown1..... When you receive the bundle, you will find that there is plenty of KATSILK to experiment with, and re-root several doll heads. Then once you get better at it, you can then start playing around w/ the other colors offered at this Site.

Lovely Shade: Ash Brown
The name of the color is a bit deceiving. I used it to reroot a Chatty Cathy doll. To my delight, it is almost a mix of ash blonde and light brown combined. It's a very warm and great color for any age group of dolls. Beautiful color. I love Katsilk saran. It's the only replacement hair type I will use.
