I wanted to try rerooting an old Barbie whose hair had been completely cut off, and chose this shade to replace her original platinum blonde. It came out beautiful! The hair is so silky and shiny, and it’s great to work with.

The hair looks/feels fantastic, It has more wight then standard nylon hair but without that heavy greasy feel some doll hair has. order two times what you think you need. Two oz is enough for a barbie sized doll if you root it very sparsely. For style versatility, you want at least 3 of these for a barbie sized doll. You can get away with two if you cut it in half and give the doll short hair. (like a bob to her chin). A premium product, A premium price.

A lot of hair the best doll hair for Barbie and other high quality dolls but with the price increase I expected thicker amount of hair for large.

This color is not your usual brown. Very neutral, but without the green undertones some neutral colors tend to have. It is a perfectly balanced light-medium brown with lots of shine and super soft. Matches the Whitney Barbies from the 80’s.
